Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Kyntsugi, each product is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. We encourage customers to review product details and size guides thoughtfully before completing a purchase.

Please read the following policy carefully.


1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective due to a manufacturing issue
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrectly fulfilled

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly include your order number and clear images of the concern.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund. In such cases, return shipping will be arranged and covered by Kyntsugi.


2. Size Replacement

We understand that fit matters.

If you require a different size, you may request a size replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Size replacements are permitted once per order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and condition.

Refunds are not issued for size-related requests.

A nominal reverse logistics and handling fee will apply for size replacements to cover operational costs.

All replacements are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement unless defective:

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
  • Discounted items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Innerwear that has been opened or worn

4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be in their original condition, free from signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage beyond normal inspection.

Items that do not meet these standards may not qualify for refund or replacement.


5. Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via bank transfer upon receipt of accurate bank details.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not available.
