Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time within India is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

For remote or non-metro locations, delivery may take 8–12 business days depending on courier accessibility.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2,999.
  • Orders below this amount may attract a standard shipping fee at checkout.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed before payment is completed.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.

COD orders may include a nominal processing fee.

We reserve the right to restrict Cash on Delivery service in cases of repeated order refusal or misuse.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, failed delivery attempts, or unavailability of the recipient:

  • Additional shipping charges for re-dispatch will be borne by the customer.

6. Failed Delivery & Refused Orders

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused or remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, we reserve the right to limit or disable Cash on Delivery for future orders.

We work with trusted third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery. While we strive for reliability, delays caused by courier services or external factors are beyond our direct control.
